Seems to only work during the hours of 8am and 8pm, and now since the recent update, we are stuck with a prompt to tell us to update, after it’s updated. Keep the MPro Mesh app on your device as a backup.

Only taken most of 2025 to fix but new year new start. Gives me all I need to kind about which devices are connected to my network. When putting in password type it don’t paste it. Use return button on keypad if the submit button is hidden. After a while it will start working.

Same issues that everyone else is writing about. Upon opening the app freezes, multiple times reinstalled and in the end a complete waste of time. Any feedback from Zyxel on how to deal with this issue? They seem happy to ignore these reviews and have a useless product.

App shows the router as being ‘offline’, when it’s actually on and devices connected & working. Cannot get the app to show the router as ‘online’, rendering the rest of the app useless
