101 before one

I was not feeling confident about how to transition my baby to purées / solids or when he would be ready to move on to bigger bites or textures. I did a lot of research and luckily I came across 101 before one! Honestly so helpful to understand what I should be introducing to my baby, how to introduce a food, and then how to adjust how the food is served as my baby grows. It was amazing to have this tool. We were just shy of trying 100 different foods before 1 but now I love looking at the recipes for snack and dinner ideas. It’s amazing to only need to make one meal for my husband, son, and I. Couldn’t recommend this app enough for parents who need confidence when transitioning to solids or parents who need ideas/help with nutritious recipes

A plethora of resources led by a knowledgeable group of professionals. This is not a “checklist only” app. It has EVERYTHING. Depending on the package you choose, it has Checklists, recipes, communication, troubleshooting, safety training and so much more. This app has been a great resource for my family and I’m glad to have access to it in my pocket wherever I am.

This app and program is organized and easy to use! Gives all the information you need! My baby is 4 months old and I feel ready to start feeding solids very soon. I like the app layout and how it goes hand in hand with the printed book!

I purchased this program in preparation of my son starting solids at six months. The first four week meal plan helped guide me and made BLW go smoothly. Fast forward to now, he is 11 months and doing so well with solids. Ate over 100 different foods before 9 months and has done so well. Love how I can look up any recipe I want and it is tailored to his nutritional needs. Also, my husband and I love the meals too!! Would highly recommend this app for parents and their children.

This app gets five stars because it’s so comprehensive and the app is so easy to navigate and I’m able to easily look up recipes at the grocery store and ask questions on the recipes that get answered right away! If you have any doubt about purchasing this app, you will not be disappointed! I love that the professionals behind this app are a team of doctors, nurses, researchers, parents, preschool teachers, and speech pathologists sharing current evidence spaced practices for baby led weaning!

This book is wonderful! I am a registered dietitian myself and it is so nice to take the mental load off from thinking of what foods to introduce and different recipe ideas to do so in a safe fun way! Highly recommend!

I love that 101 Before One includes recipes that I would eat - this makes it a game changer for baby-led feeding to have meal plan ideas that both us and our baby can eat while offering our baby lots of different foods. TONS of educational materials in the app too - has covered all the questions I have with starting solids and it’s nice to have that along with recipes in the same app. I’m also a dietitian and recommend this app as the one families should get for starting solids and baby-led feeding!

I’m a Licensed Family Child Care Provider. I purchased the plan over a year ago to help with an infant who was transitioning to solids. It’s helped me to introduce allergens as well as provide a variety of flavors and ethnic dishes we would’ve never tried. I also love the weekly menu plans - breakfast, lunch, dinner with suggestions for fruit for the week. This is awesome not just for babies but for any family looking to eat healthier!

As a first time mom I knew I wanted to try and do baby led weaning with my little one but I didn’t know where to start. The amount of resources and information you get with 101 before one is so helpful. The recipes tell you exactly how to cook and serve the food for your little one to safely eat and the recipes are delicious for adults too!
