Scam style behaviour

It's impossible to cancel subscription. No support all instructions doesn't work. But they charge my card every month. Will block this garbage via bank

While i like 1password especially new version. I enjoyed first year of family plan with 50% off, but full price is just not worth it in my opinion. I don't feel like this is twice as good as bitwarden - which might not have fancy UI but it has some nice features where 1password is lacking and it even has free tier.

Cool app

Using the app for years. However, any plans to return watchOS version?

A shame

Good app. It’s a shame they stopped supporting macOS version. Well, at least the version which is in macOS AppStore.

Broken Browser Extension

The browser extension has been broken since the December 18th update. I have been getting emails constantly when opening a browser on macOS, iOS, or iPadOS. Declining trust in a company that I have been supporting for a long time. Please fix!

Syncing

Pretty good app, but has challenges syncing from device to device and does not seem to sync completely from 1Password 7 to 1Password. Wish it was easy to contact customer support.

Make the browser pop-up stop

Giving a terrible rating because there’s no way while being a paying customer to get an answer on how to stop this stupid popup every time I open my browser since the most recent release. Make that go away and it’ll easily be 4 stars.

Great password manager!

First off, I recommend that you have some kind of password manager, even if you don’t use this one. That said, you should use this one. 1Password is incredibly easy to use. I like the fact that it works on multiple browsers. The ability to share passwords with people in your family is also handy. But those are the advanced moves. I’ve helped multiple older family members set this up and they can get the hang of it. You can make passwords memorable in case you have to type them. You can reveal them in large print. You can store MFA tokens for that person who hates getting a text message and typing in the 6-digit code. All around great tool!
