1Password: Password Manager

I used to like the 1Password ecosystem and preferred it over any other one, but all the apps have become so buggy that I’m thinking of switching to something else.

They took the money before the account was created. Then for technicals issues the sign in process was cancelled. Now I have no account, nothing but the money was taken. It was a terrible decision that I wanted to use 1password as a password manager!

Honestly i love 1password but with every year its user experience gets worse while it should be the opposite. Why creating a password requires me to do like 7 clicks? Why don't you autogenerate it (why do I have to click "yes generate pls")? Why don't you suggest logins/emails for me (you should know what I usually use)? Instead I am forced to write my whole email with the keyboard every f... Time like if the developers had never heard about autocomplete.

Hi I liked the app but nowI can not open version password 7 and it is closing automatically. I downloaded new version and I am not able to get emergency kit. Disaster. Please let me know how can I get support from you.

How do I come back to older version? This one looks childish, unprofessional, confusing. Please add option to revert

This is a great app, have been using it for 10 years now. I onboarded my whole family on it too. One ask is to add support for Polish because even though I showed my (older) family members around it, they do not speak English proficiently and they mainly use the logins I added for them, they cannot really manage the app on their own.

This app is working good, however at some point in time I’ve started to be charged twice for my subscription. Customer support claims that they can’t do refund because it’s Apple. Well Apple is not the owner of the app and I’ve came across other apps that had no such problem with refunds. Good that there are alternatives. :)

This is very good app but with some serious bugs. Today when I created item and saved it I closed app and after a few minutes I opened it again only to find out that the app show me on start this item in edit mode without recent created content. I had to add it again manually. I don’t understand why millions dollar company has problems with fixing bugs in their app.

There is no Polish language, but there is Russian... bravo, you.
