1RM Percentage Calculator helps you set up and calculate your percentage based workouts. With custom percentages for ultimate control! Once you set up your percentages, easily view your calculated reps for each set in your workout. Use the integrated 1RM calculator to get an estimate of your one rep max. There are 3 barbell weights to choose from. The app will attempt to use the most efficient weight and amount of plates to reduce adding and removing plates (can be turned off). This utility allows you to easily set up your workouts without all the math!
