Are the developers of this game truly taking account of the ping issue in the server? Already contacted them through customer service and I am left unsatisfied by their response that does not focus on the issue. It seems that they do not try to fix it and improve on it but has completely shifted away from it and focusing on other issue that does not help as much as something like this. It has really dropped that low sadly.

The gameplay and graphics are cool and could be addictively fun, but this game punishes solo players by ALWAYS pairing you with bots versus actual strong teams. Fix the matchmaking, it’s no longer competitive and fun. A lot of old players left the game because of this.

The main disappointment in this game is the match making. Stop pairing solo player to AI that play stupid then we will get colored names trio team as enemies. Or you will get full trio AI enemies that block so perfectly and never missed a shot while you keep missing a shot even if you are open. Then after that next match you will be paired with another stupid player and AI again. While on the other side are full of purple or orange duo or trio players. How stupid is that? When you check the matches of your random team you will only see loosing streak and when the game detect your win streak, you will surely get stupid random players or AI with loosing streak or get a full day of fixed games where you can’t do anything because your game is fix loosing streak or win, lose alternately. Fix this type of match making script and I assure you, all your old loyal players will return.

Played this game since the day it was released. A lot of changes & improvements have been done. we really apprecite what the devs hve been doing. and thats what makes the game up and ahead with other 3on3 basketball game upto this time. the characters, skills, costumes, game experience, buzzer beaters, all star players, and the community itself, are amazing! PS: I hope, you guys can make some "deals" for those accounts that had been banned long before. Still hoping that I can play again my original account.

Ok don’t get me wrong this game is good, enjoyable, has good graphics…but the times where you get matched up against SEVERELY over-powered players with maxed out stats, insane costume bonuses, jacked up characters with OP skills (i.e. Mistuki, Ryo, Jaymes) and your teamed up with BOTS? Now how is that fair? The game shines when you’re playing against player with close or similar rank/ratings, the games are exciting, makes you wanna play more. I think the matchmaking needs to be balanced. Who wants to play when your rating is under 2k and your matched up against 4k players?? Devs seriously?

Even if you bought one, it would really be freaking difficult and expensive to upgrade that one character into an S grade.
