Saya customer yang sudah 5 kali hire personal trainer dari aplikasi ini. Saat hire PT terakhir, dan saat saya terkena Covid, pihak fitco menolak untuk memperpanjang hingga saya sembuh. Padahal absen nya saya tidak merugikan mereka karena PT tidak datang ke lokasi saya. Alasan mereka karena membership saya satu bulan. Namun belakangan saya juga tahu bahwa PT freelance yang saya hire pun terkena Covid. 

Kedua adalah mengenai payment. Pihak FITCO melakukan transaksi kartu kredit saya tanpa authorize dan consent dari saya. Padahal sudah jelas saya hanya memiliki membership satu bulan. Mereka insist bahwa itu adalah recurring payment. Recurring payment kan lebih dari 1 bulan kenapa membership 1 bulan kena charge recurring?

Kejadian merugikan ini menurut saya seperti penipuan dan customer service tidak koperatif dan proses di aplikasi, juga syarat dan ketentuan tidak jelas merugikan customer. Pikir pikir lagi untuk menggunakan aplikasi ini.

Aku udah sering pake platform membership olahraga lain biasanya, tapi karena di fitco sempet banyak promo jadi aku nyobain. Experience pertamaku sama fitco jelek banget dan fix banget bakal jadi experience terakhir sih, karena gak lagi-lagi deh mau pake. Ceritanya aku beli membership F45 di sini promo awal bulan Maret untuk aktif membership tanggal 16 Maret. Karena ternyata corona mewabah dan bahkan kantor aku aja WFH, aku minta postpone. Itu postpone-nya harus went through hell dulu, aku WA, aku telp, aku email, ga direspon, baru direspon pas DM ig. Dipostpone-nya cuma bisa sebulan (jangan lupa aku hrs went through hell dulu sebelum diiyain boleh postpone). Dipostpone lah sebulan harusnya sampe 17 April baru aktif membershipnya. Nah along the way, F45-nya tutup, aku kira bakal otomatis ga jalan dong membershipnya? Eh pas iseng buka apps Fitco, membershipku aktif per tanggal 14 April. Lalu aku complaint lagi via IG, malah ditawarin recurring membership, logic-nya aneh banget. Setelah ngomel lagi, akhirnya dikasih lagi postpone sebulan, padahal orang dengan common sense juga tau kalau sebulan lagi keadaan masih uncertain (even F45 pas dihubungin juga blm ada rencana buka dalam waktu dekat). Aku minta postpone 2 bulan ga dikasih dong. Hebat bener nih ga mengindahi anjuran PSBB wowwww!!!

The one stop healthy apps, you can register for exercising or catering (weight loss and also maintenance) very useful 

The food catering is yummy for healthy food, i ordered  for maintenance weight lunch... they have a lot of healthy meal variations so you won’t get bored... 

Their service is pretty good also, on Jakarta flood yesterday I contacted the customer services asking why my lunch haven’t come yet, and they respond pretty quick, telling me that there were no ojol who wanted to pick up... they offer to cancel and refund my money into point... 

Ps: you will also get a cute spoon and fork made by woods... adorable all eco friendly
