- Booked cleaning service and turned out the name of that company is totally different and you can never get in touch with them thru the app. The service was super late without apology and unprofessional. - Booked loading bay, a week in advance, with emails confirming and reminding me, but on that day, the guard told me no one told him there is a booking today. - The loading bay page also has to be restarted multiple times to get it working. - sometimes they send you insignificant notifications 4 times in a row, but somehow silence your parcel notification, or even not sending you any.
