Nice software but doe not allow to sink with Apple cloud. Wants you to purchase cloud storage with other providers. I think if Apple allows the sale of software it should give you the option to use Apple cloud storage as a choice.
The best app, the best customer service. Just give them your money, you wont be disappointed. Also no subscription, one time purchase. which is amazing in Apple's current subscription mania induced greed.
I never write reviews, but just had to share how amazing this app is. Well thought out and designed. Inexpensive. ALWAYS works well. A keystone app for me that I use throughout my day EVERYDAY. Organizes my whole life and I would be lost without it. Use it for shopping lists too.
Been using this app for many many years on my primary phone. Tried the last few months to get syncing to work using my Dropbox account but second device list is blank.
I didn’t need iOS 12’s new screen time feature to know that I use this app a lot - it’s simply THAT good. It dovetails so well with David Allen’s Getting Things Done (GTD) system, and makes tracking all kinds of tasks simple and quick. However, it also has the kind of fine detail options that make it really robust and customizable to individual needs. It’s no exaggeration to say that GTD and this app have saved my sanity and helped me lead a more organized, calm life.
Please add a way to link tasks so when the start date of the predecessor task gets changed the start date of the successor task changes accordingly. It is not my intention to transform 2Do in a sort of MS Project but to just have this simple feature to reduce the editing time of successor tasks when, for instance, the predecessor task gets delayed. 2Do is awesome!!! Thank you guys!!!
I’ve been using the app for a while and I really enjoy it. It’s simple enough to comfortably learning it, but details enough to full fill my needs. However, there is a bug and I was not able to report but to use this review forum. As from iOS, the badge count for ‘today’ does not include ‘overdue’ despite it has been setup to include overdue in settings > appearance. Noting that it works for iPadOS.
It's a great way to stay organized. It covers most of the bases for usefulness.
I’ve downloaded and tried so many task managers and some are seductively prettier or gamified, but this one just does it all. I’ve used it for many years now and love it. It is simple to use but the complexity you can achieve is intense—everything short of project management software! I’ve just started using the methodology GTD—Getting Things Done—and it does an amazing job of capturing Inbox items, clarifying them into a next Action list or Project lists, and maintaining checklists. I only wish the Siri interface was easier. Siri thinks I’m saying “todo.”
