I’m very happy with this app. This app is so flexible I am able to use it to keep track of most(if not all) my life. Shout out to the guys at 2Do, I even had to get the premium version. ps. could we please get a monthly view of the “CALENDAR EVENTS” calendar tab?
I would love if you could share tasks directly on the app not emailing them. Wunderlist feature was so great as you can plan things and lists with so many people
You pay $8 and then there are still in app purchases!!! Very sad. Complicated interface and linking to my apple calendars is difficult. Should have paid for any.do.

Took a while to adjust to the last update. Now it's a piece of cake. It's the only to do reminder app I use.
I have looked at and worked through all the to do and task apps and I find yours to be the one that satisfies all my needs. It is easy to use and visually appealing. My only two suggestions would be firstly, the ability to list the tasks for the day in a specific order. I know you have a star rating and priority but I find that I might have up to 20 tasks and I want to list them in order from 1 to 20. The other suggestion would be some sort of visual barometer as each task is completed to add an element of motivation to the job at hand. All in all a great app.
They understand how to organize to get things done. I've downloaded just about every app about todo and 2do is the only one who builds on the power of the smartphone GPS your tasks to combine local lists, allocate focus groups, move to new categories , allocate standard due dates ETC, add voice notes and photos. Wide range of actions email call ETC Closest to this was organizepro. Still needs clocking input and assignment for teams ( information decision, action etc) tracking and more integration with desktop / online remote Allocation of resources needed and available as well as critical paths Expand geofence and ready made templates Ie travel exhibitions should be made possible with a " template store " for users to add contribute towards Reporting on activities - graphs and stats on completed % hours worked etc No ability to email tasks to employees with due dates Lots more to be done Georgebester
