This is the only app I found after days of research that meets both my self-employed work and personal needs. While there’s a slight learning curve, it’s nothing too challenging. The interface is excellent—packed with useful features—and the settings are highly customisable for even complex tasks. Truly amazing! Please keep up the great work!

As an adult with ADHD this has been the only To-Do app that has worked for me. For me it’s the ability to make it “nag” you after a reminder has been issued that makes all the difference. But I’m general I really like how well thought out and intuitive this app is, especially considering how many great features are packed into it. Highly recommend
Took a few days to get used to app but now I use it for everything. It has so many functions and I am having fun playing around and seeing all its possibilities. Also plenty of videos on YouTube explaining what to do
I have run my life off this app for years. I keep an eye out for newcomers to see if I am missing anything, but this still wins hands down. Kudos to the developer and thank you for keeping this app going!
I’ve used lots of apps over the years to manage tasks etc. I’d forgotten about 2do and recently reinstalled it after others such as Apple Reminders, MS to do, Things and others just aren’t hitting the spot. 2Do has the versatility, functionality and layout that works incredibly well for me. It’s flexible, powerful and looks great. My favourite 2Do app!
Having a task management app which is fully featured, synced across all devices, with no ongoing subscription, while at the same time remaining quick to use and visually simple to understand is a challenge. 2Do ticks all the boxes - the app developer is great, he has worked so hard on this app over the years and the continued development and functionality in the app is fantastic. If like me, you use GTD as a workflow/lifestyle and you are a busy person, with multiple projects, tasks, people who you interact with, 2Do is definitely the app for you. I have not thought of anything this app is unable to do in terms of task management. It really is the best. If I could only have one app on my phone, this would be it!
Flexible enough to enable multi topic task management while simple enough to master and maintain without difficulty. My own favourite feature is the ability to dictate new tasks into my watch as they arise on the go. Also effort free synchronisation across all devices.
I have used this for many years now and it has always been much more capable than I needed. It has been reliable in all its operations (including synchronisation) that has built great comfort for me (updated Jan 2024 - still great)
