Please do not use this delivery service! They will take your money and lie and say their system is down and they never got your order!

Did a large group order and the delivery person left it at the wrong apartment complex. Reported it, and the app owner made disgusting accusations towards myself and my roommates on the app. We went back and forth, I decided to just dispute the charge and the app owner insulted me through social media and email/app communication. Horrible person and will use your data against you. Do not trust this app or the developer of the app, listen to the other reviews, especially the one(s) about the owner stalking and insulting customers.

Beware! They will scam you and if you report it, you will get stalked by the “owner” — Jeremiah Loper, of the app. He’s stalked both of my friends for a wrongful order on all social media. This app is insane and disgustingly predatory. He should be in jail!

Completely inefficient. There is no world where getting your food after ordering 1.5 hours ago is ok. Wont use this service again.

Support local, sure. But this app is missing some critical features. No receipt/order history in app? No “comments” to ask a restaurant to leave off the sauce or pickles? I want to support gnv but when the app’s failures fundamentally impact my food experience, I will look elsewhere. Especially during a pandemic when ordering takeout is a rare luxury, you want it to go smoothly.

I haven’t had any delay or crashes, there are options to tip, pictures for the food, all the “search by” options you would need, a great variety of restaurants, you can split the check if paying with card, and there is an order tracker. You can also take pictures of the food for reward points. Doesn’t seem like there is a way to see others’ reviews of the food, though, which is disappointing because there isn’t really any other way to hold restaurants accountable when the food is bad. I’m not sure about that though so I’m not letting it affect my review—just a suggestion if I’m right to think it’s an absent feature.
