I’m impressed by the detail of the videos in this app. I’m also impressed with the prices to have a customized Intro/logo video produced. What I’m not pleased with is the lack of customizability the user has regarding the finished product. Each option only has one resolution available. What if I like “Golden Bling” for instance but want it in high res? Not available. Only 640x640. Or what if I want my text laid out a certain way, line multi-line text? I only get the choice to put it in as single-line text. And the worst part? You, the user, don’t get a preview before purchasing to make sure it’s the way you like it. No. I’m sorry. That’s not a good business model. Even Apple puts its expensive tech on display for public testing in their stores. I’m a photographer.
