Peace of mind

This application has more security than my bank. Which makes it difficult to log into in a hurry. More simple procedures, and equally as secure could be implemented.

I can’t open the app since recently. It just crashes immediately. It’s the same for my mother’s phone. Not sure how this gets passed unit testing.

What’s the point in using an app that forces me to enter my phone number, enter a texted code, AND click through several CAPTCHA images every time I use it? I might as well just delete this garbage and use the website (that doesn’t make me do ANY of this, since I can use my password manager instead).

My past transponder wasn’t beeping, so you send me a new one and this one isn’t beeping either and is in my car since day 1 and you still change me like I don’t have a transponder…. Why? Why!

The app will not open it closes right after you launch it

Would rate it minus one star if the option was available Difficult to enter information as the app keeps on rejecting input.

Seems that with the last update my app stopped working it says no internet connection whether I am on wifi or data I downloaded it on a different phone and same problem I uninstalled the app and deleted all data and deleted it from my downloaded app history I then reinstalled the app and started fresh but still no internet connection please fix this problem as I used this app allot I am running ios 17.6.1

Easier and more convenient than the website but very annoying to use as I have to login every time I open the app. When does it not keep me logged in and remember the current device. SMS 2 factor is pretty useless when used on the same device I’m trying to log into anyway. Once I do login it always asks me to share my location with no option to decline and prevent further popups. Sometimes the statements don’t update when the bill is due, still showing the previous months statement.

User experience from start to finish is comically horrible.
