Remaining content is available via our Pro level. This can be accessed via a subscription (monthly or annual) or a one time payment for 2 or 3 years access. We also offer reduced cost and free Pro access for those in financial difficulties. You can apply for this in the app via the upgrade page.

Great app to start good habits and a consistent daily routine … not too long so daily bursts are better for me than not bothering at all - the thought of a 20 min workout can make me not bother but a quick 10 mins before bed is not so bad 😀

Extremely easy to use, the music feature is perfect and this is ideal for people who are on the go and need a user-friendly programme to follow. This is perfect for me to get a workout in before I go to my classes ☺️

Fantastic quick effective sessions
Love this app Because of the short slots I sometimes fit 2 or 3 sessions in at different levels but always can fit 1 in which gives a sense of achievement and you don’t give in .. fab
