Very pleased with this app! Totally recommend it! I achieved running 5K and I’m going for 10K
The program is ok it has helped me so far (3rd week). I would like more coaching and not just start running ie «try to keep a pace of such». Would like the option to see mileage and calories on the Lock Screen. In app connection to Spotify would also be useful.
I took it off this app from my phone many days and today you charge me. I want my many back

This app makes it easy with the coach talking you through it and giving you words of encouragement. It makes it easy to turn into a runner.
This was probably my second time downloading this app. The first few times I became overwhelmed at the progression. This time I decided to just go for it. It took me longer than I thought it would but I did it. Today I completed it. Once the app was completed it gives you a certificate and has additional training ideas. This app took me from just a walker to a runner. Thank you.
I downloaded this app to see if it would help get me ready to marathon again after being taken out by an accident. I listened to the first workout and was impressed so bought the one time purchase. Today was my first day and am breathing hard but feel great. Without it I know I would have over done it only to set me back. See you in 2025 for my first marathon in several years 🤗
Started back in January . Got an injury and took a month off to recover . Just a reminder to do proper stretching before and after running sesiones . I would also recommend repeating certain running days if they were too hard the first time around . Other than that , this app has made me runner again . Thanks !
