Haven’t been able to get into the app for months “Unable To Generate Code”. Contacted support and they did not help at all. I’ve updated it, uninstalled it and it still won’t work. Lame

I have been trying to enter my phone number for the longest time and it always comes back with the "cannot generate code, come back later" response. I already have so much points entering my number in store and without the app I can't take advantage of deals.
Stupid
I hate the new app. You must put a phone number to use the app when I just had an email for years now. I do not want stuff linked to my phone so I no longer will use the app or go to the store…. People do not use them!!!!!!

Use in-app wallet for 3x pts & lock in monthly perks for even more points
Load the wallet and use it to pay and get 3x the points and be sure to select a monthly perk each month to get an extra 100 or 200 points every purchase! Each month there’s 2 to choose from but u have to lock one in to get the points. One month was 3x points when you spend $7.11 or more so combined with using the wallet, I got 9x points all month long!
app works but customer support doesn’t
App works fine but lost money with 7-Eleven because some locations don’t know how to use it (or seemingly purposely pocket $) and customer support can’t communicate effectively and cannot refund funds to wallet anyway. So if you use the app make sure the 7-Eleven location fully supports mobile pay and also never add more money to wallet than you are willing to lose.

This APP has never worked! Not once since downloading this APP on my brand new iPhone 16 pro has if been functional. EVERY time I attempt to open the App, I am greeted by a message that states “unable to establish connection. Please try again later.” I have gotten this same message for nearly 11 days straight!
