과학적 연구를 통해 만든 운동 프로그램인 "7분 운동"은 세계적인 히트를 기록했습니다!  

정상의 학회지인 ACSM에서 배급하고, NYT가 대중화한 "7분 운동"은 간단하면서도 효과적인 운동법입니다. 

연구자들이 선정한 12가지 운동을 10초간의 간격을 두고 각 운동별로 30초씩 실시합니다. 이러한 휴식이 적은 고강도 트레이닝을 실시하면 일일기초대사량이 높아지며, 불과 7분여의 운동만으로도 1시간여의 다른 운동에 필적하는 효과를 거둘 수 있습니다.
