This is such a great app and love all the different workouts but it’s not saving my workouts

I love this app and have used it for years. It’s the only one I’ve stuck with. But lately it just times out at the end of my workouts and doesn’t actually record any of my work! VERY FRUSTRATING.

Since the update, every single time I do a workout, it freezes with a few seconds left and doesn't log the workout or mark it as complete. It is absolutely ridiculous that there is ALWAYS an issue after an update when they're charging 10x what other fitness apps charge.

The app keeps crashing every time I try to start a class. Just updated to the current version to fix bugs not create them. :/

If you want to listen to your own music and do a workout, this app is it. I loved the peloton treadmill classes but I couldn’t stand the music and $24 price tag. Apple Fitness was worse. Aaptiv has great running programs to choose from with the option to play your own music on Spotify or Apple Music and it’s cheaper than those other apps. I haven’t tried anything other than the running classes but they have a lot of multi-week programs depending on your goals whether it be running basics, your fastest mile or half/full marathon. My one gripe with the program is a bug where you complete a class in a multi-class program and it won’t always check that you completed it. The program will freeze on the last 10 seconds. I haven’t found a workaround and fast forwarding through the workout doesn’t do the trick either.

The app just disappeared . I didn’t receive any notice . I emailed tech support but no response .

The app workout quality and variety has been deteriorating. When a problem with the app occurs, it is almost impossible to get support. Recently, completed workouts are not being noted as complete. The upside is that the cost fits and provides enough options to fit what is available while traveling.
