ABC7 Los Angeles

I have watched ABC7 for most of my 60 years on this earth. Then Obama became president and the bias began. Trump became president and then the hate came out. Then we had Biden as the president and your eyes are glued shut. Tonight was the first presidential debate between Trump and Biden. Your fact checkers show one of three things. Either Trump got everything wrong, Biden didn't speak and when he did he was a glowing star, or your fact checkers are so anti Trump that it makes your writing opinion and not factual, unbiased journalism. When your "news" became your opinion, I cut back on going to ABC7 and ABC as factual news sources. Now I am finished. I am positive I am not the only one who feels this way.

Your so called update/new format is not working! It’s constantly freezing! Starting to lose interest. Get you act aka app together before launching it to the public😣

Hate opening a topic video clip and having it preceded by advertising that has nothing to do with the video that we are baited with.

Why do I have to review the updated terms every time I open the app for the first time each day?

Please address the issue with video playback. It's inconvenient to have to scroll up and down to view different parts of the video. It would be better if the video was centered smaller on the screen or if there was an option to go full screen. Additionally, the frequent reminders about updated terms are bothersome. Seeing them every single day is unnecessary. My time is limited, and this adds to inefficiencies. I may consider finding news from other sources if these issues are not addressed.

I wanted to take a moment to say how appreciative I am of Hanna Maxfield, Director of Digital Operations. I have noted some challenges and issues over the past few years as ABC makes changes to their APP. Hanna has always been quick to respond to my concerns and provide a roadmap to resolution. It would help if the gentleman reporting the 11:00 pm news wasn’t biased and called everything Trump says as a lie. He has no objectivity about the situation. I am done watching your nightly news and will be happy to tell others. Both sides had problems, but this judge and DA had many flaws and I hope when the verdict is reversed you report with the same vigor.

I like this app for notifications of police pursuits but the number of push notifications that aren’t breaking news are out of hand. I can’t handle it anymore. Not a good source of news, just clickbait.
