acasa - set-up & split bills

This is the kind of app I am looking for to keep track of expenses amongst housemates. Haven’t been able to fully use as it crashes every time I want to use photos with the entries. Didn’t have an option through the app to get support for this problem

Can you please add notifications therefore when our bills are due we get the notification?

I would consider this app a must-have for households who share/split expenses. I would definitely recommend this app. We have been using acasa for 4 years now and has been a lifesaver in keeping track of shared household expenses and expenses for items where one house member picks up the item and pays on behalf of another. The recurrent billing options allow you to set up frequency and amount and not have to remember to reenter each month. The app allows you to enter specific $ amounts owed by each member or calculates percentages. Another bonus is that you have the expenses history at your fingertips. In 4 years we have had only one need to ask for support regarding the app, and that was done very quickly and helpfully, with support even checking in to make sure our issue was solved.

C’est vraiment super de pouvoir juste mettre les dépenses et les séparer selon le pourcentage. J’ai une « maison » avec mon conjoint, mais aussi avec une amie avec qui je fais souvent des achats! Simple et efficace!

Great way to manage expenses between couples and family members or even roommates

I really love the app and it's clean interface with all the features but i noticed alot of bugs.

Great app been using it for years. One thing I would like that would give it a 5th star is if there was a green or red icon next to the bill itself so you know if it’s been paid by all parties or still owing somehow. It’s a bit silly with all the bills you post or in my case (I must admit) several late ones to have to scroll through and find which bill was missed to square up. Also maybe an option to select several bills in one lump sum instead of having to pay lots of little amounts individually. Other than that this is a stellar app that keeps things clean and organized.

Does what it’s supposed to do. Highly recommended

It a very nice app. If you are a family or group of friends and you share some experiences, this is a must use app. It's over 2years that I am using it and I am very satisfied with my choice.
