Пользуюсь, частично разобрался, нужна русификация, 4 за отсутствие русского
Программа более чем приличная и удобная. Но во второй версии у меня есть одна проблема: После пересылки по мэйлу на десктоп не могу открыть и сохранить файл в excel. На первой версии делал через импорт данных из других источников, теперь открывается с непонятными символами.
Goddam ripped off. I Hope someone corrects this error. Idea is great, yet I’ve tried multiple times, under different settings. My experience is N/A with this app so 1. As told app app is still use able. I don’t have money to buy a cup of coffee. Why you think I want this app. Refund me please
Every other app I pay for comes with free upgrades and updates! I have had to purchase Acoounts, the Accounts 2, now they want you to pay for Accounts 3, come on!
Opened app today to receive error that the app “couldn’t locate the database” and all data missing. All accounts gone. All transactions gone.
I need someone from the company to help me. I use the free app every day, multiple times a day. This evening every single transaction I’ve ever don’t since getting the app has disappeared.
Is there anyway to recover information if it somehow was deleted?
After 7 years of using this app I opened it on 5/8/2024 and 7 years of transactions were GONE!!! Everything! And I can’t even add an account and start over! So I bought the new “Accounts 3” version for $4.99 and guess what……… Exactly the same. I can’t even add an account and get started. And no, I did not do a recent software update. This is purely Accounts fault. Disgusted!
1 - Have been using Accounts 2 and then Accounts 3 for many years with only the ocassional sync issue between iPad/iPhone - tried to fix this today however the “Cloud Sync” option would not allow me to select ‘disabled’ on the iPad - so I wanted to remove/reinstall. Removal was smooth however App Store wants me to pay for the app again. 2 - Tried to leave this review /Support Reauest on the iPhone (since the app is still functional there) but the App Store claims I can’t leave a review unless I’ve bought the app. Gotta say, requesting support via a review form doesn’t seem like a good workflow.
