This online learning platform is  the worst app I have ever encountered. Since the enrolment of pre recorded classes I couldn’t open any videos and been trying to reach the customer service, due to their inadequate service the issue is so persistent. Every morning when I sit to prepare for my exam, I have to deal with the same issue. Now, I just want my refund and nothing else.It’s a  headache to enrol in online platform

I was enrolled in da recorded classes . The dbms and ai ml lectures were good . The best part of the course was engineering maths taught by Aditya Vangala sir . The Probability and calculus lectures were top notch and concise. All these concepts were taught in 65 hrs . I loved it and would recommend it to all aspirants

The app is not working since yesterday Both in mobile and laptop, i have registered complaint to the support team and no reply yet Already time is too short for the preparation and you are providing such a terrible support. Atleast give a reply to the complaint !!! And its not the first time im having this bad experience from the support team, right from the beginning itself i have had some issue with the app , till now (3 months) its not resolved. Atleast a proper explanation is not given by them regarding the bugs
