My account is under review for no reason, I have asked for a bank statement they have refused to issue me bank statements.

A stupid bank , avoid this bank it takes your money after you’ve used it for a while, they will block you when you have your wages coming in,

Anybody who is trying to use this institution, this is a warning that they will open an account for you but once you have money come in that account, they will block your account and call it a “review of your account” and you’ll never hear from them again. All this is from personal experience and many others with the same issue. Just check trust pilot if you think I’m lying. I’m having to contact the financial ombudsman to make a case out of this. I’m coming for you guys.

THEY MISSED USED MY DETAILS APPLIED CREDITS AND BLOCKED ME. I HAD WAGES GOING IN AND THEY PUT ME IN A CASE OF MONEY LAUNDERING. THEY TOOK ACCESS AWAY AS WELL.

I was recommended this app by a friend and I’ve never been so surprised with an online banking app. The amount of time the developers have spent shows how much they care about their customers. I highly recommend the community to download this app.

Been almost 6 months calling back and forth telling that they reviewing my acc, LIES! How u reviewing an account for almost 6 months? I will go to the police report that!

Been with ace union for couple of months for now I had no issues with them very happy with the bank

Waste of time do not open once you do once you do a transaction or transfer they we’ll freeze your account and they we’ll tell you that there doing security checks and they need time but takes ages more than 7 weeks and there communication is so bad and they don’t tell you the worst thing ever and scam

They take ur money and block ur account, their customer service is the worst they want u to be blocked

Steer well clear.
