O problema da maioria dos usuários é com a falta de um suporte em português. Com uma boa paciência, entrei no site de suporte do desenvolvedor e configurei perfeitamente o aplicativo. A função Push funciona perfeitamente, mesmo sem o aplicativo estar aberto ou logado. Para isso, você deve selecionar o protocolo TCP. Como não há um servidor intermediário, como os aplicativos Fring e Nimbuzz, as chamadas não têm qualquer delay que seja expressivo. Com um sinal 3G baixo ou médio, nem parece que estou utilizando um serviço VOIP. Consegui inclusive realziar ligações com a rede EDGE da TIM.
