I am not able to open this app using your own wifi and 2nd You Broadband connection. It will work if I use mobile data. Kindly check and reply.

I’ve been using this application since many years and now I’m trying to make payment and it’s not opening since a week or two, and I don’t know what kind of updates were done and I tried updating from the play store, but that’s not working at all. Then how come I can pay and how can I choose some other plans?

Lately the app hangs and doesn’t open. But when reinstalled it works and again after few days the same issue. Not sure of this issue.

App very slow

When i need to recharge is the only time i open the app. But it is unresponsive and frustrating

Difficult to nevigate within the app . The app performance is also no so good . Many a times in the 2nd attempt only able to open the app

Unlimited amount of bugs. Even though I like the internet service this app is a nightmare

They don’t know where to install Wi-Fi router for a longer period of time. Always giving reasons that buildings not allowing to install routers. Fed up with this ACT

Declining ongoing service support for existing customers. More interested in increasing the payment and volume and not in services. Constant spamming with calls only if you disconnect the services. Asking for more money despite disconnection and paying the dues.
