Hiya..Just wanted to give my reviews on the capabilities of Action Cars and mostly of the service provided by The Drivers which I’ve absolutely NO complaints whatsoever to make as both myself and my young son Murad are FULLY SATISFIED….I want to take this moment to thank the firms driver,whose name excapes me however his number is Car 27 as he was VERY understanding of my situation on a perticular day and so let me pay him the next day for which I’m ever so grateful…Thanking you once again Sir. Well that’s all keep up the good work and God bless…Allah Nehgabaan..!

Pay by card feature never works anymore but they will happily charge you extra to visit a cash machine.

To use a ride with this company at 1.30pm at a £4.50 fare and the return journey at 7.30pm to be charged £7.00 is disgusting. Even after speaking to a manager I didn’t get a clear explanation. Something to do with our drop off not being on the way? It was in the way there so why not on the way coming back?? System not been updated, so not sure this is the customers fault. Beware of being ripped off by this company. We did get a price on the outward journey when booking and presumed the same coming back. The drivers are very polite and helpful, it’s a pity your system is inferior .
