Can’t login and no response to password reset…. The app for online shopping is harder to navigate and difficult the difference between sold-out items and in btw items.

The app does not allow me to reset my password. Keep prompting error message.

What a stupid app, after registered account never received any verification email, can’t log in

As above, able to receive reset password email, but did not get any verification email. Unable to get in the account as unable to request verification email resend

Can’t login cos there’s no verification email send. Check with the store and was told only can preorder thru app. Huh??

Tried for whole day, keep refresh and check spam, promotion folder. No any verification have been sent. Super lousy system.

Pre-order requires to create a profile, however can’t even login as no verification email was sent… app needs to be fixed. Please send out the verification email…

Apps work fine… the only problem is when it comes to pre-order you have to create an account and register but never receive any email for verify
