ADIB Mobile Banking

Excellent, easy to use and reliable app.. Congrats to the team..

So annoying each time we get these popup. This is so annoying and please color code debit and credit transactions so that it is visually easier to make out.

i had to update my docs using the mobile app and as am not having a account but using adib covered cards, i had to enter the details but its saying that card is blocked and when i raked to the customer service now i have to visit the branch physically to update my docs. Point to be noted is i i already have a username and password but after every update i have to enter the card details and pin.

Had to update my documents on all my banking apps after expiry, none of them were as quick and easy as this. Got a pop up that my doc is expiring, clicked update, scanned the doc and that’s it. The irony is that for the biggest bank in Dubai I had to go to the ATM to update my documents, the mobile application was too busy showing a pop up about their new application. Kudos to the development team and testing team on implementing this feature.

Very Easy to Handle

This new version where u have to scan your face for identification is very bad. It doesn’t scan properly bcoz of which i cannot use the app.

Kudos to the team behind the development of this app. I’ve used a lot of banking apps so far but ADIB stands out as the best in terms of both the UI as well as quantification of the efficiency and response caliber. They maintain the app pretty well as it doesn’t hamper the end user while others focus on business and come up with lame ideas of design.

Speed and easy

I dont know why and for what purpose my abib account is still under “Active” mode while i dont posses a valid visa or EID…As per regulations any account which dont maintain valid documents or valid KYC is not provided time to time must be informed and closed vloluntarily after paying the funds remaining to the account holder via a managers check or via online transfer to any account which the account holder and financial institution mutually agree upon. I made numerous attempt to inform the same to cxm but theu failed to comply with my request.if my existing account cant be closed,please let me know the valid reason for its active state,or else i will be forced to inform central bank to close it by existing rules prevailing.
