Instead, I tried using the chat function on the FAQ page and it asked me for my policy number. I’d expect it to already have this as I’m using the service via the app which I’m logged in on, but no. I closed the chat and went back to the home screen to find my policy number, but now I can’t do anything. The word app is generous, this is a website with a link on your phone’s home screen. Will definitely be leaving admiral ASAP because who can’t even develop a half decent app?
