I am keen to buy Adobe Sign because it does what I need and I am familiar with the brand but the app is ruining my experience. For some reason I need to sign it twice every time I open the app. This is frustrating even for people using password managers as the URL is different for each sign in even though the password is for the same account. 

Ironically, the “buy now” button doesn’t work either so it is hard for me to go from trial to purchase. 

You need to get this right guys or I’ll need to move on.
