She was rude and said I was wasting her and my time because no one there would help if I didn’t have a company code. I’m an employee using an app they made-why is there no one to help with tech issues and why are they rude? She said she wasn’t going to help me because it is the company paying for their employees to use the app-therefore, I was nothing-not a money source. And the app itself is subpar with organization and info it provides.
