Thank you for the clear and frequent communication prior to this weekends merger downtime. I’ve downloaded the new app and looking forward to accessing the new mobile banking features on Tuesday.

The date is March 2025. I can’t even see my car payment because I can’t even open the app. I don’t know what’s going on with this app but since they switched it a year ago, I’ve had nothing but problems with it. The only reason why I bank with this place is because I get paid a day early. But now I’m considering switching credit unions.

Makes me want to switch banks. If the app crashes when trying to deposit checks, what’s the point?

The Advantis Union Mobile app does not work. On multiple attempts to log in, I get an error code and cannot login. If I do succeed at the login, the app shuts down each time I take a photo of the check front for a mobile deposit. I only have two checks to deposit, and over an hour has been spent, with only one check successfully deposited. I’m about to switch banks.

I was concerned coming from a large bank to a credit union when it came to the technology side of things. But, after getting setup with online banking, I legit had no reason to have that concern. The Advantis CU app is far more intuitive and detailed than what Bank of America offers. It’s great!

The Zelle option in Advantis’ app hasn’t been working for a few days now. I don’t even get to the point of entering the amount to send. I tried using Zelle’s app directly and it sends me to the Advantis app. We called to report it, held a long time, were told we’d get a call back but nobody has called. Normally Advantis has been great, our preferred credit union by far. This needs fixed faster.
