For me the the app logs out too soon. If I need to get information from my calendar or my email for example I can't get any information while in the app because as soon as I leave the app to check the calendar or email the app logs me out. It would be easier if the app allowed for a minute or so before logging out.

You can’t edit any portion of your profile. I will be deleting this app.

The system does not allow me to send messages out to my provider & his staff. I am unable to message anyone regarding medical questions, customer support, nothing this point. Furthermore, none of my medical history has been transferred over.

From scheduling two services back to back and the technicians were kind, gentle and knowledgeable. The desk service person was a joy, even when she was confronted with a rude customer! This was a fantastic way to spend my early morning.☀️

I have tried fixing my settings, going through support, redownloading this thing, but I will miss time-sensitive information because this app is a piece of junk. It frequently crashes and kicks me out of the app. It won’t allow me to set up appointments online either. Awful app.

I am sure there was a need to update BUT there should still be an app for older phones to access. I don’t change phones unless the one I have stop working and it works just fine still so tell me what do I do to be able to use the OLD version??? I am sure I am not the o Lu person this has effected.

I have been using the app awhile. It has cosmetic problems like the add to calendar click. Is white and disappears at the top of my screen. 2nd my list of providers under messages. When clicking topics I make my choice and 1 name shows up . A doctor I have not seen yet but do have an appointment to see. I want my entire care team to show up so I can choose. I went through all topics and only the future provider shows why? My PCP should show up. Please remedy this

Bills keep on changing everyday and keep on getting increased especially for outstation patient without US insurance It is like penalizing the already injured patient Vary bad and insensitive experience

The app is easy to set up but not user friendly to navigate around. Even though I updated my information, it still shows the old info.

I was admitted due to a fall in August 2024 and the care I received was phenomenal from the minute I walked in, everyone was attentive and helpful trying to ease my concerns. Once I was admitted to a room I was quickly taken for the required test and monitored every hour. I saw many people, doctors, nurses and specialists but one nurse was absolutely amazing. Her name was Kendra and I honestly have never met a human who was attentive, calm, patient and kind as her. She checked on me kept me informed on my status got me food early because I had not eaten anything and while I took a shower she changed my bedding. During discharge she told me what to look for and things in my labs I should follow up on. She was the sweetest caring nurse I have ever met and truly helped me during that very scary situation. I thank everyone who I came in contact with those two days I was there but she will forever be in my heart for the care she provided me.
