I can’t add reservations to my account. It’s just loading constantly and then nothing happens

App is crashing.

After recent iOS update the app won’t let you log in into the account. Asks for one time password, you key it in and then nothing happens.

unacceptable application full of bugs that make it dysfunctional. The ticket tab don't work properly, I can't see my bookings through the app, and after I was credited with some miles, the app "kicked" me out and won't accept my credentials to reconnect. Overall a well below unworthy app. Shame for an airliner that brands itself as flag carrier. Some -so called- low budget carriers have way better IT services. Aegean you don’t pass the test

They used dark pattern when purchasing a seat, the customer should always be able to choose a random seat and not pay for it and if you change seat you have to pay and you can't go back. both the mobile application and the website use a dark pattern that is unethical.

Interface always give error “you must be connected to internet”

The app loses check-in progress anytime you close it or switch to another app (for example to refer to additional data, confirm payment in the bank app, etc.). I was not logged in to the Aegean account and did not mean to - maybe the experience is different when you are logged in. I resorted to checking in on the webpage.

Application is nice. The improvement could be made for new digital status card. Qr code is not recognized in most of star alliance lounges. Unfortunately there is lack of valid thru date on digital picture o the card so this digital card is often not respected. Small change could really improve usability of this app.
