AeroPads - Pads & Soundscapes

These pads are so worthwhile to have. I was ready to pay for the filled, but purchase price of the app includes the 5 Atmosphere pads. I went back the next day and bought the rest of them.

Pads stop showing selected note when changing from major to minor. This makes it hard to stop the sound when you don't want it anymore if you forget what note it is. Also, the option to switch sharps to flats on the note names would be super.

This app sounds amazing, on its own. Definitely more intricate and interesting than other pad apps. BUT!!! HOWEVER!!! These sounds cannot be triggered via AUv3 or even the older IAA protocol. In other words, as a stand alone they sound great. But they are useless in any other app. Only buy this if you want to use it entirely as a standalone, not to be utilized or integrated into anything. Such limited functionality is a critical oversight. Such a pity, since they sound so great. Will continue to use AutoPad instead. It plays well with other apps. When AeroPads meets this basic functionality, I’ll switch in a heartbeat. Until then, I’m better served by AutoPad. Pity.

I’m going to give the benefit of the doubt, but the advertised price for this app within the App Store was $6.99. Unfortunately I was charged $24 instead. Please help me recover the difference. I haven’t had a chance to use the app yet, so please fix this situation for me.

I like the sounds included in the app, but wish you didn’t have to assign a slot for a sound just to hear it. Like, why can’t I just play it to hear what it sounds like to decide if I want it in my three sounds? That is my only complaint so far.

don’t even think about it. this is everything you’re hoping for and more. i bought this to see if the pedal is worth it, and im totally convinced to buy one in addition to this app. it sounds amazing, user-friendly interface, and the add-on patches are totally worth the money too.

I love this app but is there anyway we can switch between more than 3 pads at a time? I have the Orbit pack and I love all of them! Any way we can have 6, 9 pads to switch from in real time?

After spending years triggering Straylight and Arkhis in MainStage, using a Keith McMillan pedal programmed to trigger fifths, so I could play guitar over pads- with my MacBook precariously stacked next to me on a mic stand shelf, and the audio interface below it on another mic stand shelf… wires running everywhere. This morning I used an iPad mini with a send straight from the usb-c to headphone jack. The pads are SO MUCH TASTIER! The interface is absolutely phenomenal. I would typically run a new setup for a month of rehearsals before attempting to use it live. This was so simple, it was a relief compared to what I have been doing. I can’t thank the crew at Aerospace Audio enough!!! *****

Hey guys! You’ve made a really cool looking and sounding product. The only reason for 3 stars is the fact you cannot rely on it on a stage. I faced it three times when a pad just suddenly stopped working and the only way to solve it is to restart the app. I tried using airplane mode and many other ways and still all the same. Sometimes it works sometimes not. A couple of my friends noticed the same thing and unfortunately switched to your competitors.

That is so great for singers who need musicians to give the key during the practice. We are able to practice at home by ourselves 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
