App doesn’t load at all

Why won’t it load? I just downloaded it and it’s been 16 hours of simply a loading page.

This app NEVER works. Been at USU for 3 years, not a single time have I been able to rely on this app.

The app looks and behaves exactly like the website which wouldn’t be a bad thing if the website behaved like an app. Its slow, it lags, and the bus locations only update a few times before the whole app freezes and you have to hit the refresh button. There is a favorites button on the bottom navigation bar that is apparently pointless and there is no explanation for what it does or what should happen when You tap it.

The idea of the app is great and it gets the job done, it is just very buggy. The concept is great but the functionality is garbage.

Terrible app. Is not clear as far as user-ability.

This app is great! I can chill in my apartment instead of waiting outside for the bus and just get on the app to see where the bus is. Nice work with this one Aggie shuttle!
