I get false reading which is frustrating me to the point of wanting to change providers.  

I paid my bill and yet two days later my usage is showing that I owe $1080.
I chatted to support, they said wait for the app to update but that’s not the damn point, I don’t want to see false readings for three days and not know what my usage really is.  This app needs fixing before I go somewhere else for gas and electricity.

Do not use this app as it is not up to date with your due bills.  I have been getting late notice bills thinking it was a scam cause every time I would check the app it told me I did not have outstanding amounts. This has therefore cost me a few late payment fees.  Customer service were not helpful and very rude about the whole thing.
