Agoda: Hoteles y vuelos

I have been traveling for this whole year around Asia using Booking and it was Perfect. But some day I gave a chance to this app Agoda that looked even cheaper than booking. So for my Thailand booking we used Agoda. The moment we checked the prices, they appeared to be cheaper than booking, but Just until you make the payment, after you have paid you found aout they add the extra fees with out any notice. So the First booking we made went from $31 to $38 per night. This time we where in the middle of the journey so we didnt pay attetion too much. If you Travel with budget those extra dollars are food for some days. And now, Just now it happened again. We found place that was on $31 per night (on agoda), on booking was on $35. So we decided to use agoda to book. Guess what? When the payment it is done they charge me $39 extra on fees! Now the cost per night raise to $37 per night. This bastards. This was the last time I used this app. You can not trust them. They are like these cheap Airlines, you cant trust them, they never give you the real final price.

ไม่ชอบที่คิดราคารวมแคชแบ็คเข้ามาเพิ่มในราคาจ่ายจริง คือถ้าจะไม่ลดก็ไม่ต้องลดราคาก็ได้ เพราะยังไงก็เลือกโรงแรมตามความสะดวก สวยงามใกล้สถานที่ ไม่ใช่ราคาเท่าไหร่ แต่พอมาจ่ายเงินดันคิดเพิ่มราคาแคชแบ็คมาอีก แล้วคือตั้งแต่ใช้จองโรงแรมมาตลอด 4 ปี ไม่เคยได้แคชแบ็คคืนเลยสักครั้งจริงๆ เพราะงั้นไม่ต้องเหมือนมาบังคับให้จ่ายเพิ่มฟรีๆ

แย่ที่สุดใช้งานมานานกว่า 7 พอสักทีทดการยกเลิกโรงแรมก็โยนให้อโกด้า อโกด้าก็โยนให้โรงแรมคุยไปคุยมาสรุปการยกเลิกต้องผ่านคนกลางคือ booking.com สรุปบริษัท อโกด้าหรือbooking กันแน่แย่มากๆ

อุบาทมาก ช้ามากไอเเม่เย็ด

บางทีเราก็รีบจองผิดวันไม่ทันได้ดูพอยกเลิกขอคืนเงินก็ไม่ได้แอพทำมาเพื่ออะไร ถ้าเป็นอย่างนี้ดูใน Google Maps ยังดีกว่าติดต่อโรงแรมได้เลย

Do Not use their App for Thailand, many hotel doesn’t work with them but listed on them, once u prepaid, then as Platform, they do not protect your right by negotiating with their “middlemen” to refund u, from hotel side, they say didn’t receive any payment, playing ping pong …FK God knows where did they get the hotel listing, and they do not provide supervision and negotiation service like a trip.com or CTRIP in China to protect Consumer’s right :-(
