Booked 2 rooms for 7 members but after booking(with payment), it shows 2 rooms for 2 member.. No customer support.. only chat option is available.. Have to pay extra during check-in.. Agoda cheated by showing less amount while booking..
There customer service is pathetic. You can only chat to AI with very less set of questions that you can ask for. Hotels reviews are TOTALLY FAKE. REFUND PROCESS OF AGODA IS DOWNRIGHT PATHETIC. YOUR MONEY WILL GET STUCK AND THEY WILL NEVER GIVE YOU GENUINE REFUND CLAIMS TOO.
They post cheap property as Agoda trusted property & take bookings for cheap hotel & rooms which is very horrible they won’t refund our money saying it’s our policy
This is a fraud app. Don’t book from Agoda ever. They will charge you for booking but they do not process refund stating that Agoda is not able to reach the hotel partner. There is no customer support and the AI chat sends only the above stated standard message. If you mail then also a standard message comes in. This app should be banned.
I used the app to book a hotel and the money was deducted but the hotel was not booked. So I should have got the money back however the company denied refund and instructed me to go to the hotel and on behalf of agoda take the money back from hotel. U will be scammed
Worst app u have ever seen. No response from support team. Reason, I have booked a hotel which was 24hrs checkin but they did not allow me to check in when I reached they asked me to wait till 12pm to check in. I tried to contact agoda customer support but no proper response from them as well.
When i book using agoda and came to hotel, they give my room to other person. They told me, you need to contact hotel after booking by App then only they can confirm the booking. This app not have contact information of hotel. Don’t book using this app. It will spoil your trip.
They are taking booking at the lower price and then when inquired with hotel they canceled it due to low price. So why they are taking booking at lower rates?
Agoda cashback is a scam.
Advance Booked hotel room n paid. When we went to hotel for checkin. They said no room for us. Offered rooms in alternative hotel which is very worst than you imagine. So We rejected to checkin. Now they are refunding us. And saying we checked-in hotel. Which is untrue.
