Agoda: rezerwuj hotele i loty

I had to live in place not match with description because Agoda “try” to solve the problem for 3 days without any result. They lie to me everyday they trying but u can see how they lie and sayin 24h case, then 48 and 72h just push u to stay in scam place till the end. Booking after situation like that give me money back without any hesitation. I dont recommend Agoda, there is no support from their side if something bad happened. No trustful company.

App is sending promotions everyday via push notifications even if its turned off in app. I dont want to buy another room in hotel i've i already bought few days before.

Hundreds of promo pop-ups and notifications everywhere. Sluggish. I felt like I’m being treated like an idiot. Absolutely horrible to use if you got used to butter-smooth experience offered ny competitors.

I had a book a month ago. But the hotel policy is a little bit confused. I missed the payment bill e-mail. After I got an email about an payment problem, I sent the mail what the problem is and how to solve it the day before yesterday. But today, I got a cancel mail, I was so schoked. That means, what I do is useless. it was right. I will make a reservation at another site. I cannot believe it.

Can’t to customer service other than their useless bot. Prices Im getting for the same entity on different pages changes more than twice and final calculations does not make any sense. You apply a coupon and instead of subtracting money it ends up adding to what you have to pay. If it was once I would have said it’s taxes being added, but can’t explain the multiple changes. And cant reach out to their CS for help. Another problem I faced a couple of days ago was when booking an entity for next day, where the host didn’t confirm the booking, i wasn’t able to reach out to them even by call, and can’t cancel the booking even hours after the expected check in time. I ended up risking double payments and booking another flat somewhere else with another app paying that the host would not accept my request, which he didn’t thankfully. I won’t recommend using this app unless as a final option and with caution.

They increase prices based on garage and IP address / cookies. Technically illegal Pricing and extremely unethical

A few days ago, I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Agoda, and it was the second time it happened. I booked a place and paid for it, only to find out that the dates were switched by three months in the future. Instead of booking for June, the exact dates were booked for September. This was very confusing and frustrating, especially since I remembered a similar incident a few months ago. That time, I caught the mistake before making the payment and adjusted the dates accordingly, but this time I had already paid and had to go through the hassle of getting my money back. After researching online, I found that many other people have experienced the same issue, even as far back as five years ago. It seems Agoda has not fixed this bug or feature, which appears to be a deceptive practice. Some of my friends also mentioned they encountered the same problem on Agoda’s website. Due to this incident, I have decided to stop using Agoda. This company does not seem to be customer-friendly or transparent in its services. I do not wish to be a customer of a company that promotes such practices. This was definitely my last purchase with Agoda.
