Agoda is a major platform that our customers utilise, but the pain points with this app is really high. 

Airbnb provides the best app experience for our managing needs so far, and it would be worth learning from them, especially with the way they organise their app for the hosts to manage guests. 

Please invest more in improving the user experience on this app for hosts with multiple properties. Thank you.
