Worst app design

Always throws some or the other error and when chat with the support person he asks me to change my wifi what kind of app design is it

Horrible Apps…both TV & Mobile

No feedback response when trying to Link TV. Keeps going in loop. Never connects! OTP keeps failing for no reason. Horrible!

I’m a gold member . Always shows “ oops something went wrong try again later “ what’s the point of this app with so much bugs.waste of money.

Horrible experience

Search results are worst , it won’t even show recommendations when we started typing in search bar . Some series are not playing even I have subscription . Touch response is not good at all in app .

Software

Software needs to be improved. Not very customer friendly , like other channels.
