I used the 3-day trial and was not interested. I thought that PictoPop would have reached out to confirm if I wanted to go through with the subscription. Without any notice or warning, PictoPop took $60 for a “subscription” that I don’t need and was not satisfied with its performance. I tried to plead my case to Apple but Apple stood behind the scammers and would not refund my much needed, hard earned money. In most businesses, if a consumer states, immediately after being charged, “I don’t want or need this.” Some type of refund or response would take place. The only communication I got was “not eligible for a refund.” WHAT??? I requested and was denied. I appealed the denial and was denied again. WHY DOES APPLE SUPPORT THESE SCAMMERS. The app didn’t do what it was supposed to do. Upon being charged, I IMMEDIATELY cancelled the service and requested a refund. I will never trust a “free trial” again. I’ll just go without. AND THEY STILL WILL NOT GIVE MY MONEY BACK. DO NOT USE THIS APP. It’s poor quality and poor business ethics.
Don’t waist your time
They say it’s free.. it’s a lie. Then it’s loaded with commercials that will never let you see the purpose of your download. I immediately Deleted the app. Too many annoying commercials

Did the 7 day free trial. Didn’t end up liking the app after 2 days so on the 3rd day I canceled the free trial. They are still trying to charge my card for the app.

I downloaded this app and it had a 3 day free trial I cancelled the free trial same day not even a hour later and they’re trying to charge me for it this is unacceptable especially when I canceled long before the trial was over
