I have been using this app for a while, and it was working great. Recently, I have been receiving error messages, and it does not create at all. This is quite frustrating, to the point that I have relinquished my subscription, leaving a valuable document in abeyance. It would have been a five, but the app is not creating the document. Don’t waste your money don’t waste your time. First of all you don’t have anyone to contact. If you have any issues with the application second of all, it was running fine the first week and then after that, I can’t seem to load anything or create conscription or anything it records, but it doesn’t create What I need. It is constantly with errors and errors and errors. I’ve tried submitting an email, which is the only thing you can do is submit an email and no one ever gets a hold of you so don’t waste your money. You have to select at least one star in order to submit or else I wouldn’t rank any of it.

i've used a few AI notetaking apps and a key feature is to be able to dive deeper with the AI chatbot - ask it for a more robust summary for a certain timestamp, to consolidate all mentions of something, etc. but this one isn't capable of any of that - the basic summary from the recording is okay but i cannot get the AI chatbot to answer ANY questions. it just says it's perpetually "typing." if the app can't manage its basic functionality, what's the point? it's a glorified transcriber.

Every time I attempt to analyze a video—whether it’s long or short—the app crashes or displays an error. I’ve tried troubleshooting with no success, and it’s clear the app is unreliable. This has been a complete waste of money and feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to avoid this app.

If you have a problem, they claim they will fix it within 72 hours. I emailed them via the app 3 weeks ago and they still haven’t fixed any issue and then last week the issue got significantly worse as it lost everything. Every folder and every single note. I have a test next week in which I needed those and yet they still haven’t got off their butts to do anything. So yeah these people are liars and everyone should take their business elsewhere
