AIB Authenticator

I have to use this app to make purchases online with our company card. But it never works. It’s so bad. It allows me to login then says error. Absolutely Ridiculous. What a nightmare. And worst of all it’s wasted so much of my time trying over and over again to login, redownload the app, login again. It does not work. TERRIBLE.

This app is a joke it just doesn’t work either get it right or stop the two step authentication. I gave it one star but if there was a minus star I would have used it

This app is a disaster, practically impossible to set up and use AIB help line have little idea how to help I suspect the most hackable authentication app out there. If developed by AIB product engineers they should consider an alternative career

I have lost deals because I had to authenticate the purchase and the notification never came through. This incompetency is galling.

This app refuses to work. It’s it possible to make purchases online without it so effectively I cannot use my business account online. There is no refresh button or option to try again when the activation key doesn’t appear which happens 90% of the time. It is very frustrating and poor delivery of service for something that has been required for some time now. I have the latest available version of the app.

Probably the worst app of all time

This app never worked. I have to make all online payments with my personal account. I don’t understand why it was introduced, but whatever the reason, it’s high time the bank either fixed it or revert to the old app - which at least worked.

I’m not writing a long winded review it has already been said in all the other one star reviews here. Listen to your customers AIB sort this pathetic out.

They have no clue!! No support desk and the app does not work. Move your card to a company that has a clue how to create a working Authenticator app. Massive waste of my valuable time.
