What are these guys charging the hosts and the guests for? If their support takes days to response when you have arrived and be unable to check-in or they are unable to offer you interim solutions, what’s their value? 15% charge is huge and you expect min level of service for that. Will reconsider using this platform.

Now it’s not available. But app has “Editors choice” award. And before, it was very comfortable and useful to have reservation pass in Wallet. And you can use it on Apple Watch too, even if you don’t have internet in travel, and can’t open the app. Or iPhone is turned off. So please make it possible again. Thank you

Long story short – we arrived at a villa with a 5.0 rating on Airbnb, only to find dirty bedding, a ton of insects, naphthalene in the closets, broken plumbing in the bathroom, and the house itself located by the road without any fencing. We sent all the information and photos to Airbnb support. They offered no assistance, and even worse, they removed my honest 3-star review of the house. And now, the owner’s rating is back to 5.0 again. How convenient! 👍🏽 I’m shocked by this situation and urge all users to be cautious when booking, as Airbnb just removes truthful information 🥲

This company deleted my account 2 weeks before my family trip. So we were left without money and accommodation before our vacation. Nobody explained me the real reasons, just sent a cold letter saying I'm a scammer. But the only thing I did is booked and payed my family trip. In the end they continue sending me company news on my email despite the fact they deleted me. What can I say? I think its a total disrespect and rudeness. I don't recommend this app to anyone.

Recently I faced a technical problem with the app - I was not able to book an apartment, because “Reservations aren't currently available for guests from Russia and Belarus”. I reached to customer support and tried to explain that neither me nor my device is somehow related to Russia in the moment, and I have never had this problem before, given that prior this case, I booked lots of apartments in multiple cities. The customer support’s attitude was simple and straightforward - it is my problem and I have to deal with this. I tried to explain one more time that I rechecked every setting on my device (iPhone) and computer and as I am physically outside of Russia and use non-Russian credit card, I do not understand what’s going on (I needed to book apartment urgently). Response was “great” - “there is no solution”.

I booked an apartment in Paris and paid for it (for 2days) and due to my flight delay i also was late to check in (I was late for an hour) and they didn’t let me check in furthermore never refund me back. SO i had to book another hotel ending up paying 3 times more. Moreover they deleted my review to the host saying that you can’t leave a review if you didn’t stay there

I scheduled a trip for all my family, and Airbnb canceled my reservation before 4 days and give me a coupon for $28 but my order was more than $500. They keep my money and used it for more than two weeks and still using it, sucks.

Пользавался с 2018, сейчас стало очень ужасно, я непонимаю может из за санкций, но не могу забронировать жилье ( Не в России конечно же) Очень много непонятных окон, почему -то запрашивает фото паспорта, надо искать альтернативы, думаю эйрбнб медленно загнется когда появятся новые более быстрые приложения
