The app says I now need IOS16 or later. All other 124 apps on my reliable iPhone 6S work with 15.8.3. This is extremely disappointing as it is a way to force more unnecessary waste of existing working technology. Also does not consider the cost of upgrading to a new iPhone.

Air BnB claim to do an extensive background check could I sue them for this They could not connect us with the host we paid 13 and a half grand USD for their accommodation. They agreed to our payment and from their on would not contact us. Airbnb support team were nice but I believe they need more authority and they should be able to give out contact information of the host to the guests who have paid for the accommodation. The host was basically uncontactable. Air bnb claim to go through an extensive background check and identity check on the hosts and guest, but when we went to this place 416 Broadway, we were unable to find the location, we were given no check in details, and retailers there are hard and make finding the place even harder than it needs to be. Ridiculous and we are not even being compensated, we payed 6 months in advance and airbnb can’t even help us apart from giving bad recommendations. We should at least be compensated for our time and effort. I was locked in a year in advance of a major event only for the host to dump my booking a few weeks from the event. No bookings exist. No rights for customers. Not doing airbnb again.

Flawless Function, Simple and streamline processes. Easily understood.

You dont give the total price untill paying. There is 50 dollars in extra fees, this should be communicated from the beggining to help make an informed choice. Second you now require facial recognition and govt id for the booking. With no garantee of it being deleted by you and the 3rd partys you use, once finished. Now if i see airbnb got hacked on tv i know they know everything about me! I realise why i dont use this app in 15 years of commercial travel.

Too much power in hands of homeowners. Guests treated liked beggars asking for a freebie. Zero focus on clients - the goose that to lays the golden egg.

No issues with Airbnb but I’m giving them 4 stars ‘cause for some reason, guests can give a host 5 stars for everything and then only 4 stars overall. So you guys get 4 stars!! The app would be better if Airbnb could educate the guests on what each star rating means. Considering it affects hosts ‘superhost’ status, I would consider that a pretty important addition to the app.

The app is so user friendly and functional. I prefer using the platform to all other booking platforms. Map function is great and they actually have humans doing the support chat who are knowledgeable and super helpful. This has kept us booking for years. The only thing that has me book from other platforms is that Airbnb has no loyalty points out bonuses. Long term users should get some type of perk like on many other platforms

Try to book a Airbnb first time for our gateway holiday and they expect me to have a review when it’s my first time doing this just unbelievable
