The most frustrating and complicated service and the site never used before till has to register in order to support a choice of my kids. Do use to have a feedback from my friends, but never realized that will be really bad till tried personally. The service and all complete registration is not worth to spend time when there many much friendly apps with much better support and availability. Useless and hatted most service seller. Back to most reliable service providers. You get to hell with your app

Airbnb is an essential part of my travel plans!

The most important thing for me when finding a place to stay in is a great view and a balcony. And there is no way you can filter according to those. I spent over a week trying to find a place with a nice view and a balcony because I had to go through almost 300 homes. I think it’s only professional to provide customers with a better “growing” experience. The more filtering options there are the better. I also was looking for a place with a tub.

The process of booking cannot be put on hold in the middle of or you will lose the process, if to use the options in the app.. for instance, when your booking and almost done . If u choose to see the house rules option they offer the you cant go back and you have to start over

Wonderful site and service I’ve been using Airbnb since 6 years as guest. In many countries. And have been host since last year. I’m very happy with it.

Probably the best OTA platform in the market. You guys have revolutionized the market. Very friendly user platform and very straight forward and fast to updates, and submittals. Great job !
