Why?

Airbnb is complicit in the illegal Israeli occupation by allowing listings on stolen Palestinian land in settlements deemed unlawful under international law. By profiting from and legitimizing these settlements, Airbnb directly enables apartheid and the displacement of Palestinian families. Do not use Airbnb.

I recently booked a place, but due to a transaction issue, the reservation didn’t go through. - yet the money was still withdrawn from my account. Instead of taking responsibility or offering real assistance, Airbnb simply told me to wait, telling me the funds should be returned in 7 days. That never happened. I expected better costumer service from a platform of this scale.

They ask you for tons of personal data which they sell to advertisers, then they charge you 15% of your booking price as a fee for using their app. I don’t see the point. I rather find the place on Google and give them a call, send them a bank transfer if needed for my reservation. Paying so much would make sense if the interned didn’t exist. But it does.

I’m super disappointed with Airbnb. As of Dec 9, I still haven’t got my refund that I’ve submitted on Oct 29. I don’t have the money, and each time I contact the support team, they say that they had some kind of failure of the transaction, and now they send it again and I have to wait for 15 more days. After 15 more days, nothing happens, and the support team doesn’t help at all. They cannot even provide me with a valid ARN code so that I can check the transaction status with my bank. In the end I’m just waiting and contacting the support for some promises that they cannot keep. Very frustrating experience. And I feel like I wont get my money back at all in such circumstances.

Allow everyone on your platform! Your app doesn’t work on iOS 15?!? Not all of your customers are privileged on having the latest smartphones and updates! Facebook works on devices over 10 years old! One of the most used apps should be flexible with their customers!!!

Garbage!!!! First and last time I use.Fraudsters! First our reservation was refused while we were flying and we were left on the street. After we filed a complaint with AIRBNB and they promised us a refund, it turned out that we will not receive any money. They sent a fake note that a transfer was made and told us to contact our bank, but after checking with the bank, they confirmed that such a transfer does not exist. Don't be fooled!!!!

I deleted the app just because you decided to remove the default ios 18 dark mod icon and enforce you original one which stands out among the others, but not in the positive way. Looks ugly af.

Why latest update can’t be installed on MacBook Pro?

Terrible support, the supports are unresponsive and i got scammed by their guidance followed with one of the hosts. Seems like they are doing some underground businesses. Be very careful with this business
