Garbage!!!! First and last time I use.Fraudsters! First our reservation was refused while we were flying and we were left on the street. After we filed a complaint with AIRBNB and they promised us a refund, it turned out that we will not receive any money. They sent a fake note that a transfer was made and told us to contact our bank, but after checking with the bank, they confirmed that such a transfer does not exist. Don't be fooled!!!!

I deleted the app just because you decided to remove the default ios 18 dark mod icon and enforce you original one which stands out among the others, but not in the positive way. Looks ugly af.

Why latest update can’t be installed on MacBook Pro?

Terrible support, the supports are unresponsive and i got scammed by their guidance followed with one of the hosts. Seems like they are doing some underground businesses. Be very careful with this business

I downloaded update and the calendar doesn’t work anymore.

It takes day to talk to support. I answer immediately and they reply again in hours. They ask you if you want to communicate throughout text or phone, you say text and they always call you. Absolutely incoherent animals which lack an understanding for basic english. They just send you presets and don't answer propped until you write about 5 times.

I do not recommend this platform. Today I experienced awful story. So basically decide to go on holiday to Greece with my family. Booked up villa in Halkidiki (Villa Vero - Host Vitalina) there's been free dates from 10th - 16st. Everything was perfect until I payed 2050$ for 6 night. The host accept us. So after that the host told me there is no place for you and is busy for some reason. The system at another platform is not updated. But what the hell of in AirBnb displays there are free dates ready to book. So now I am down -2050$ at home even didn't went to Greece. Be safe and don't use this thing, you will waste your money

AirBnB has become a horrible platform! 7 years ago for no apparent reason a host from Greece gave me bad marks, without mentioning anything. Now 7 years later I can’t use my account and when using a new account majority of accommodations don’t accept the invite because of the lack of history. I don’t mi users having a rating, but currently any host can give you a bad mark without you even knowing (often because you callout bad conditions etc.) or having a chance to dispute it. Add to that a 15% service fee and often a 10-15% cleaning fee and a horrible customer service and the picture is clear. Stay away. I certainly will!

I booked a property in Madrid and just 24 hours before my arrival when I received the check in instructions I saw that the entrance of the apartment is on the street. This did not make me feel safe and I contacted Airbnb support. They have not been helpful in any of the situations: - Compensation was not provided, as the decision was left on the host even though the information provided by them about the property is not correct - They did not make sure that the host updates their page with the right information, saying that the timeline on when the host updates the information is completely up to them - Not allowing for my review of the property to be posted because I was transparent to the host in our messages and informed him that my negative experience will result in a negative review As a summary - I would not recommend using this service as guests are not protected in any way.
